Crafted for listeners
The FA7 brings perfectly timed high-fidelity sound to every listen. A natural performer, it delivers deep, well-controlled bass, clear mids, and crisp high-frequency detail across CDs, Wi-Fi streaming, internet radio, and more.
A natural performer across every source
High-quality audio over Wi-Fi is supported via Airplay2, Google Cast, Spotify Lossless, Tidal Connect, and Qobuz Connect. There’s a CD player for your collection and you can listen to internet radio or podcasts on demand from around the world. You can also tune in to DAB+/FM radio, stream sounds via Bluetooth, and connect to external sources.
Tuned to the Philips Fidelio sound signature
Deep bass, clear mids, sparkling highs. You’ll enjoy soul-stirring depth and crisp, detailed sound thanks to woofers with glass-fibre cones, titanium dome tweeters, and tapered bass ports. A bi-amp active crossover via the main unit ensures excellent dynamics and soundstaging.
Timeless Fidelio design
The brushed aluminium main unit pairs with high-gloss piano-black speakers, echoing the classic look of hi-fi separates. Magnetic speaker grilles covered in acoustically transparent fabric can be lifted away to reveal the precision-crafted drivers beneath. A clear colour display shows the source or station, as well as album art or song information.
Hi-res streaming with Bluetooth® multipoint connectivity
Support for the LDAC and LC3 codecs lets you get the most from hi-res streaming, and Bluetooth® 6.0 brings you a faster, steadier connection that won’t dip even if your household has heavy wireless traffic.
Auracast™ for multi-speaker setups
If you want even bigger sound, you can use Auracast™ to broadcast music from this micro system to as many compatible speakers as you like. You can also make the system a receiver and send sound to it from your record player. Setup is simple via our companion app.
Ports for your turntable and more
The FA7 can bring warm Fidelio stereo sound to your turntable as well as your TV or console, and your digital music library. Connections include a USB-A port and an optical input, and you can wire up the Fidelio FT1 turntable via the RCA AUX-in port. There’s a 3.5mm headphone output for your wired headphones too.
Physical remote control and smart companion app
The FA7 comes with a nicely weighted physical remote control in the box. Or you can use the Philips Entertainment app to control playback, switch between sources, adjust the treble and bass, set up Auracast™, and more.
GRS-certified recycled plastic. Responsible packaging
We use post-consumer recycled plastics in this product, and our packaging is plastic-free. Inserts are printed on recycled paper with soya-based ink, and the packaging itself is made from FSC-certified recycled cardboard.
