This is a service plan that covers damage to your DJI product. This plan is valid for 24 months, and you can take advantage of up to four complete product replacements during that time for an additional fee if your product has been damaged in an accident or normal operation. The normal warranty period does not cover these risks. This is an electronic license that will be emailed to you after purchase.

Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or of equivalent quality to the existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh covers the model body, hinge, camera, battery and propeller.

DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive and reliable protection plan that provides DJI products with coverage for a range of accidental damage and natural wear and tear.

During the DJI Care Refresh service period, major parts remain covered by the official warranty, bringing longer protection to your product.


DJI Care Refresh is tied to a specific model serial number

Product must be brand new and not activated, or must be activated within 48 hours of purchase.

2. If you have already purchased DJI Care Refresh for your device, you can extend your service with DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) within 15 days after your current service expires.

3. If the above conditions are not met, you can request an online video verification for your product. Once approved, you have 72 hours to purchase DJI Care Refresh.
