Triton disassembled seagulls are supplied folded.
Disassembled rack, welded parts simply bolted together, IP20, load capacity 300 and 400 kg.
A large switchboard and a narrow room door - this is exactly the situation that the RZA switchboard design solves. Thanks to the robust construction of the individual parts and the sophisticated Tap-Tide screw connection method, the high load capacity and, above all, the stability remain the same as in the welded version.
Disassemblability
The individual parts of the RZA are bolted together to form a compact unit with the same load capacity as the welded enclosure. Most parts are connected by Tap-Tite threaded bolts. This ensures high strength of the bolted connection even after several disassemblies. The product is delivered assembled and can be moved to hard-to-reach places after partial or complete disassembly.
Flex frame
(valid for a cabinet width of 800 mm). The system allows the installation of sliding vertical rails in 19", 21" and 23" spans, exactly according to the requirements of the installed equipment.
Pull-out plugs
The cable entries (370 x 90 mm) at the rear of the enclosure are covered with breakaway plugs. The cables can be sealed in the opening with a dust protection brush or simply lined with a plastic protective frame (both included in the enclosure package). A large opening in the ceiling covered with a knock-out plug allows the Triton ventilation unit to be mounted and dismounted from the outside of the enclosure without the need for screws.
Removable side panels and RZA back cover
The RZA is a rack with a bolted skeleton and removable side panels. These, like the rear cover, are attached to the skeleton by locks, with a single key as standard.
High strength construction
The RZA has a robust bolted construction. The high quality workmanship and the latest technology ensure a great looking enclosure.
Flexible door opening
The proprietary hinge system allows the door to be opened at an angle of almost 180°. The door can be easily dismantled and converted to open on the opposite side.
Triton handles
We manufacture custom handles for rack-mounted enclosures. By replacing the plastic module (not included), the lock insert can be selected as classic or semi-cylindrical.
