Bake your own sweet muffins at home whenever you feel like it. This 6 muffin tin from Lamart makes removing the baked product from the tin hassle-free and quick thanks to its non-stick surface. The mould can withstand temperatures up to 230 °C without any change in properties or technical parameters. It is made of carbon steel and has silicone handles to reduce the risk of burns. It comes in dimensions 17,8 × 29 cm.
Use and maintenance
The product can be easily washed with a sponge under running water or in the dishwasher. To maintain long-term non-stick properties, Lamart recommends placing the mould in boiling water for 10 minutes. If you bake cupcakes with a small amount of fat, they recommend improving the non-stick properties of the mould with a light coating of fat.
