The Salente QuickDry all stainless steel professional dryer offers even drying of mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, herbs, tea and other ingredients with maximum user comfort thanks to a touch-sensitive digital display control panel and a very simple temperature and time setting with the possibility to change the set values at will, even during the drying process. The temperature can be set in the range 35-75 °C in 5 °C increments and the time can be set in the range 30 min. to 24 hours in 30 minute increments. Thanks to the materials used, it has an extended service life and is very easy to maintain and clean.

Large stainless steel drying plates
Included with this model are 10 large stainless steel drying plates, which are also dishwasher safe. The size of the plates is 39.4 × 39.4 cm, offering a record 1552 cm2 of drying area. The trays are made of high-quality, health-safe stainless steel and the entire dryer meets the very strict LFGB standard for direct food contact. In addition, stainless steel offers an extended service life.

Extra plates
An extra feature on this model is a set of ten drying plates with fine mesh for drying more delicate and sticky ingredients (e.g. mushrooms, herbs, bananas, tomatoes, etc.). Also included is a drip tray on the bottom of the dryer to catch excess juices from some ingredients, making cleaning the stainless steel interior of the dryer much easier. The plate and tray measure 39.4 × 39.4 cm.

Extra large fan
An extra-large fan with a record diameter of 18 cm ensures even drying on all floors without having to rotate the ingredients and rearrange the drying trays. The warm air is distributed horizontally and the same temperature is guaranteed on all floors.
