From Schneider Electric the Thalassa TBS range of ABS general purpose enclosures also known as Industrial Boxes. The Thalassa TBS enclosures provide protection for small components with various applications that need little intervention or maintenance. The enclosures will protect electronic cards in all environments including protection from all dust and liquids including marine environments with IK07 protection.
Enclosure Protection Provided.
Watertight IP66, NEMA 4-4X.
Polyurethane gasket on the enclosure lid / enclosure cover.
Double electrical insulation Type II.
Temperature range -25?° to +60?°C.
Glow wire resistance 650?°C.
Thalassa TBS General Purpose Enclosure Range Benefits.
Rounded design adding increased robustness of the enclosure.
External mechanical resistance to IK07.
2 x Types of enclosure cover available, Opaque and Tinted transparent (from 138 mm x 93 mm).
Low enclosure covers (10 mm and 20 mm), High enclosure covers (40 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm).
Up to 20 different size available from 74 mm x 74 mm to 341 x 291 mm exterior.
Watertight to IP66.
3 x Ways to hang the general purpose enclosure on a support.
Different models work well together.
Various cover depths available.
Enclosure covers are locked by 4 plastic captive screws (course threaded outside the sealed area).
Fixing studs are in the box cover and enclosure body.
