New copper cooler with vertical channels in the PCF(c) method of construction, additionally the channels were milled in 90° angle, for an efficient heat transfer. The copper surface has been glass beaded, in order to increase the cooling surface. The cooler possesses a patented nozzle device with return channels for accelerated warm water transfer. The flow resistance was reduced to 30%, thus there is a good precondition for systems with G1/4" connections and 10mm hoses, as the cooler incorporates hose cross-sections with 8mm internal diameter.

In order to use the advantage of a complete metal cooler to full capacity, high-temperature o-seal rings were introduced, which can survive maximal temperatures of up to 200° Celsius - a further safety factor, in the event of fault. Further mechanical advantages result from central surface pressure of the middle bolt and the trouble-free installation, with no need of demounting the mainboard. The bearing area of the cooler is planar and polished. The cover is polished, cover and nozzle device are nickel-plated. The G1/4" screw threads are adapted for all connecting systems. Due to the enclosed mounting, there is no need to demount the mainboard.
