Plant punches and squat with Joy.Con controllers in your hands and move your whole body - no extra equipment needed.

The daily workout can be 10-40 minutes long and offers a normal and fast-paced routine. The software also estimates your approximate BMI and calories burned so you can track your progress. Choose from a diverse group of trainers and customize their look with unlockable outfits. As you progress, you'll get additional tracks and additional training circuits. If you like to train with a friend, you can use two sets of Joy-Con controllers or share one to enjoy a cooperative workout or test your skills in a duel in the virtual ring!
