The hob, with its bevelled front edge, has 4 cooking zones where you can adjust the cooking intensity to suit your needs. The appliance is controlled via a touch panel with a separate slider for each zone, which can be found at the front of the hob. You can also easily adjust the braising function, the melt function or the temperature maintenance of the finished dish. Of course, there's also a residual heat indicator to protect against unwanted burns or an on status indicator.
